Mark Elmes is a fully qualified and certified arborist with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of arboriculture.
His experience has taken him extensively through Europe and throughout the UK. Mark is passionate about his work and offers a high standard of professional & personal service. He is also a qualified LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) inspector and has undertaken private tutoring for learning climbers
One of Mark’s most memorable moments to date is when he started working abroad. He spent time working as an arborist in France and Germany to develop new skills. He also gained the confidence through the experience to handle all aspects of tree work within the industry from crane use to modern rigging techniques.
Even now after having worked over 20yrs in the industry Mark maintains his for the job. “It is a trade that keeps you learning and is constantly evolving and improving. I’m fond of many of the fellow arborists in the trade, as we all seem to share some form of camaraderie. I am truly proud to be an arborist”
Mark has always aspired to work to a high standard in this industry. “If I am to work for a company i expect to see the same attitude. This is what I have found with The Blue Tree Company. I see so much potential in the company and want to be a part of it, as well as contribute towards the growth of the business. Mark’s experience gives him the opportunity to teach many of the less experienced staff safe and modern climbing skills, technical knowledge as well as good communication skills that should be implemented for our clients. “We have a great team and each and everyone of them has huge potential. I’m proud to work with them!”
